For a while, the university website felt neglected, with only minor adjustments to its homepage. But in 2011 and 2015, BYUI recognized the need for big changes.
As a brand consultant and designer, I worked closely with a web analyst to make these updates. Despite the outdated look, the work below reflects my dedication to using data for better visuals and organization, improving user experience.
During both overhauls, each required about a year of dedicated effort, we dealt with numerous stakeholders and worked within brand and CMS limitations, requiring careful management and communication.
