For years, the BYU–Idaho website saw only minor updates. In 2011 and again in 2015, the university recognized the need for major overhauls. As a brand consultant and designer, I partnered with a web analyst to lead both efforts. Each redesign took roughly a year and involved coordinating with multiple stakeholders while working within strict brand and CMS limitations. Despite an aging visual framework, our work focused on using data to improve usability, organization, and overall user experience.
