A wire bound booklet for the blind, communicates opposing ideas on each spread without words. Braille is included on the cover to explain the exercise. Participants feel the paper on the page and try to decipher it. At the bottom of each page, braille is included to reveal the word or idea represented above.
On the left side "pleasant" is communicated with round shapes that form a pleasing curved tabs. On the right, we communicate "plague" with sharp points that prick the skin. It begins with a single barb. The number of barbs increase to further communicate the idea of a communicable disease.
